1. Log on to and place your order after filling in all details

2. Once order is placed a code will be received on your contact number

3. Order will be processed and shipped in (2-4 working days)

4. Order will be delivered.

Delivery Charges depends on weight

Important Note: 150 rupees per kg will be added to your final bills for parcels more than 1kg.

Return and Exchange:

At FotoTrade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 2 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be subject to product availability.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that are opened or used.

Damages and issues: Upon receiving an item properly inspect and contact immediately if item is defective or damaged or if item received is wrong so that evaluation can be done.
